? Overall responsible to all Tooling matters to ensure continuous improvement in tool life, scrap, machine capability and good piece uptime.

? Plans, conducts and directs engineering projects to support manufacturing processes, product launches and tooling necessitating the application of engineering knowledge.

? Provide manufacturing engineering support in developing processes and procuring the necessary equipment tooling and fixtures在開發(fā)工藝和獲取設(shè)備、模具以及夾具過(guò)程中提供工程支持
? Overall responsible for recommends and implements changes to product or process which would improve cost, delivery and quality to the customer
全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)在改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品成本、交付以及質(zhì)量而進(jìn)行的工程變更時(shí)的方案和實(shí)施
? Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement by reviewing objectives and targets and internal/external customer concerns, reviewing audit results and EMS programs and elements and establishing action items and recommendations in accordance with ISO 14001 Standards

? Oversee the selection of capital equipment purchases審查資本性設(shè)備的采購(gòu)和選擇情況
? Ensure the participation of all engineering disciplines in APQP as well as develop and implement APQP plans as per quality database standards確保所有的工程要求都加入APQP中，以及根據(jù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)展和實(shí)施APQP計(jì)劃
? Ensures participation of the Engineering group in the company’s continuous improvement programs and TPM activities.確保工程團(tuán)隊(duì)參與到公司的持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目以及TPM活動(dòng)
? Develop and oversee departmental budget. 負(fù)責(zé)并控制部門預(yù)算

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教育背景
? University Degree in an Engineering capacity with a minimum of 10 years experience OR Community College Technical Diploma with a minimum of 15 years experience. Progressive manufacturing experience including engineering related work in tooling and project management.
