? Overall responsible to all Tooling matters to ensure continuous improvement in tool life, scrap, machine capability and good piece uptime.

? Plans, conducts and directs engineering projects to support manufacturing processes, product launches and tooling necessitating the application of engineering knowledge.

? Provide manufacturing engineering support in developing processes and procuring the necessary equipment tooling and fixtures在開發(fā)工藝和獲取設(shè)備、模具以及夾具過程中提供工程支持
? Overall responsible for recommends and implements changes to product or process which would improve cost, delivery and quality to the customer
全權(quán)負責在改進產(chǎn)品成本、交付以及質(zhì)量而進行的工程變更時的方案和實施
? Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement by reviewing objectives and targets and internal/external customer concerns, reviewing audit results and EMS programs and elements and establishing action items and recommendations in accordance with ISO 14001 Standards
通過回顧目標、內(nèi)部/外部客戶問題、審核結(jié)果，EMS項目和內(nèi)容來確保持續(xù)性改進，并根據(jù)ISO14001標準來設(shè)立行動方案
? Oversee the selection of capital equipment purchases審查資本性設(shè)備的采購和選擇情況
? Ensure the participation of all engineering disciplines in APQP as well as develop and implement APQP plans as per quality database standards確保所有的工程要求都加入APQP中，以及根據(jù)質(zhì)量標準發(fā)展和實施APQP計劃
? Ensures participation of the Engineering group in the company’s continuous improvement programs and TPM activities.確保工程團隊參與到公司的持續(xù)改進項目以及TPM活動
? Develop and oversee departmental budget. 負責并控制部門預(yù)算
? Supervise staff including hiring, training, salary reviews and performance Management 管理員工包括招聘，培訓(xùn)，工資審核以及績效管理
? Performs other related duties as assigned by management 根據(jù)管理層的要求執(zhí)行其他相關(guān)職責
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND經(jīng)驗和教育背景
? University Degree in an Engineering capacity with a minimum of 10 years experience OR Community College Technical Diploma with a minimum of 15 years experience. Progressive manufacturing experience including engineering related work in tooling and project management.
工程專業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)歷，至少10年以上的工作經(jīng)驗；或者技術(shù)學(xué)歷并有著至少15年的工作經(jīng)驗。良好的制造經(jīng)驗包括在模具和項目管理上的相關(guān)工程工作經(jīng)驗。
